Inauguration of German Honorary Consul 27 January 2007 Radio Khwezi to was invited to the Durban Country Club for the Inauguration of the new German honorary consul in Durban. Present was the German ambassador to South Africa, his Excellency Harro Adt, the retired honorary consul Hans Beier, the new consul Horst Achtzehn and his parents, the Belgian ambassador to South Africa, his Excellency Raymond Nazar, representing the EU in Durban, directors of Mr Achtzehn's company and Radio Khwezi. At the function, the retired honorary consul, Hans Beier, was once again thanked for his almost 12 years of service to Germany and the new honorary counsul Horst Achtzehn was sworn in.
