Once a year the different German Lutheran congregations come together for a session of choir singing. This year the 33rd Sängerfest or singing festival took place at the St Peters congregation in Greytown. Choir members from as far as Pretoria travelled to Greytown for the occasion. Radio Khwezi was there to record the singing and sermon to be broadcast in the German hour which runs from 14:00 to 15:00.
